Dr. Harper earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from LSU School of Medicine and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. He completed his residency training at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident. A Fellow of the Academic College of Emergency Physicians, he also teaches as a core faculty member in a local Emergency Medicine residency program.

With a deep passion for Wound Care, Dr. Harper values personal connections with patients and the fulfillment of witnessing their healing journeys, tailoring each treatment plan to their unique needs. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his wife, Brooke, and their children, Russ and Millie, especially during their lively kitchen dance sessions.
